- Obtaining a replacement quotation does not itself cancel the current policy.
- If the existing policy is set to auto-renew, the existing insurer's cancellation or renewal instructions still apply.
- Any no-claims-discount evidence requested by the replacement insurer may need to be supplied after purchase.
